SAA7164 feedback

A number of people have written today with two common problems:

• 1. A null pointer deference in saa7164_irq(). I haven’t seen this before but I have patched the irq handler to avoid a deference under certain circumstances. These patches are available in this tree: http://kernellabs.com/hg/~stoth/saa7164-dev/
• 2. If you have HVR-2250 model #88021 then you’ll be experiencing errors as the driver loads and fails to attach it’s tuners and demodulators. You’ll need the patches from this tree: http://kernellabs.com/hg/~stoth/saa7164-88021/
